Webline includes D&D homecare on its quotation
D&D Homecare, the General Insurance provider arm of the Swansure Group, is pleased to announce its inclusion on the Webline quotation system.
Webline offers a range of very cost effective and easy to use web-based quotation and fulfilment services. Quotes and personalised illustrations are stored in the Webline database for advisers’ future reference, and online application submissions let users complete and track their business easily through a single window.
D&D Homecare’s ASU policy is a market leading product providing a benefit of 75% of gross monthly income or a maximum of £2,000, whichever is the lesser. It also offers the chance of covering all regular monthly outgoings, which can include all utility bills and loans.
The application process is now simplified because all the information entered into Webline to create a quotation is automatically transferred into the D&D Homecare system when a D&D policy is chosen. This enables the broker to finish the application quickly with little further information required allowing
the customer to receive their cover details and documents within 24 hours.
Commenting on the inclusion, Paul Thompson the Managing Director of D&D Homecare said “We are pleased to be part of the ASU panel, as not only does this give brokers additional access to a high quality product which we believe they will find hard to replicate at the price provided, it also means D&D is available on an increasing number of sourcing systems. So, in a market where MPPI is under close scrutiny, provision of quality products sold with the aid of compliant documentation can only be beneficial to both broker and customer.”
Adam Byford, Head of Service Strategy at Webline said “We have been impressed by D&D’s level of customer service and its wide product range, which show a clear commitment to support advisers through technology. This makes them a welcome addition to the Webline panel.”
